OnePlus 6 phones generally show many people over the years for its design and flash place-grade specs at an affordable price point. But a fixed issue was with the effect of "oil-painting" on its camera. OnePlus recently confirmed by email to a user that the "oil painting" problem will be fixed in the next update. The fix for the VanPlus 5 and 5 is being tested through the open beta program and updates are already available in China. An extensive rollout can be expected soon enough. As one for 6 for OnePlus, once the fix passes through beta it should roll out with the next update.
