Week 47 in survey: Samsung dominated the headlines with its S10 and A8s
It was another week of Samsung-themed conversations in the tech world. Samsung's next flagship Galaxy S10 was again an ordinary in our news section.
This week the Galaxy S10 talk is that Samsung will bring back the "level" display for the section level model (quotes because the screen will probably still decrease to a 2.5D bend) while holding the conspicuous edge bend for the higher-end Galaxy S10 models.
Those same higher-end Galaxy S10 models could swap out the back glass for earthenware, which will give added scratch resistance to the phones while holding the wireless charging capabilities.
The Galaxy S10 will stamp the tenth anniversary of the Galaxy S series (well, technically ninth anniversary, tenth gadget) and obviously Samsung is wagering enthusiastic about its success. With sales slowing down and rivals such as Huawei, Xiaomi and Oppo bringing aggressive rivalry, Samsung could be confronting a crisis otherwise.
That makes 2019 a major year for Samsung. Also, the market leader looks poised to take it head on. As indicated by the talk process it's preparing a 6.7-inch smartphone with 5G - perhaps the Galaxy Note10.
The rest of the Samsung-related topics this week round off with the Galaxy A8s and the new Infinity-O screen, which was sighted in nature.
The display has a roundabout pattern in the upper left corner of the screen and there's a decent possibility we will see it debuted with the up and coming Galaxy A8s, which we saw out of the blue this week.
Elsewhere in the world, analysts report that Apple will be compelled to scale down iPhone XR, XS and XS Max generation because of lower than anticipated sales. Apple is still beating the competition, fiscally, thanks to its higher normal selling cost, however.
In the mean time Realme teased that the U1 will go on sale on November 28 while Asus teased the Zenfone Max Pro (M2) - a gadget with "next-age gaming".
The Honor 10 Lite made its introduction this week, pressing extraordinary esteem for-cash and Xiaomi set a Guinness World Record for the most stores opened simultaneously - 500.
